Reviewing users' activity

Overview

In some scenarios, you may need to review some users' activity - for example, to see the number of channels or email updates a user is subscribed to. 

Solution

Note: Reviewing other users' activity requires admin access.

In order to review your users' activity, follow the steps below:

  • From the Drop-down menu under your name in the left pane, click "Administration".
  • Use the search box to locate the user(s) you wish, either by name or Email Address.
  • Under "Channels", you will find the number of channels the user is subscribed to.
  • Under "Emails", you will find the number of Email Updates the user is subscribed to.
