You may want to add new sources to your FirstRain feed, remove sources you no longer want, or change a source's URL.
In all the above cases, to make it happen, please create a support ticket and include the URLs of the sources you'd like to add, remove, or replace. One of our support agents will help you out.

For Refinitiv, follow the steps below:
- Pull the source ID of the reported issue from this sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qwgAifq1Nxx__ezlxpBeCxC78X5njvhfW22o0d6q3aY/edit#gid=2094538976 [Not accessible from Trilogy email yet]
OR run the above SQL query as explained above to pull the source ID:
select * from source profile where domain like '%<name of the source>%';
- Based on the language of the source, check if the source ID is part of Production Feed by going to tab "Monitoring Tool Link" and check link provided in column C "Direct link to view Production Source IDs at FTP location" for the respective Language
- If the source is part of the feed, remove it based on the steps mentioned here https://aurea.jiveon.com/docs/DOC-222264. Any further questions from customers should be routed to the Professional Services Team.
Otherwise, please escalate this ticket to the PS team as it's one of their components. You can follow the instructions in the Routing Table.
Note: For DnB, we do not remove sources that are functioning properly, as they receive all sources that are added to FirstRain. Instead, we can suggest to the customer just to skip it (do not use it).
