Exporting Active FirstRain Users

Overview

You may want to retrieve a list of all users from your company who have an active FirstRain account.

Solution

1. From the FirstRain app, open the Administration section.
   
   
   
   
2. Filter only Active users.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Bulk Actions and select Export To Excel.
   An XLSX file with the list of all active users from your company is downloaded.
   
   
   
   Note: Additionally, you can request a Usage Report to review how many users are actively using FirstRain.

Requests to retrieve active users can also be submitted by account managers. Agents will need to select the required company from the All Accounts drop-down before exporting users (as described above).
