Overview
An account was created for you but you are not sure how to access the application.
Solution
- Check your email (including the Spam folder) - you should have received an email to activate your account.
- If you haven't received an invitation email, open the FirstRain app, enter your email and click Forgot Password; then check your email again.
- If you haven't received an invitation email, open the FirstRain app, enter your email and click Forgot Password; then check your email again.
- Open the invitation email you received and click Activate Your Account (or click Choose a new password if you used the forgot password option).
- On a new page, enter a password for your account and click Update.
Note: If your company is using single sign-on (SSO) with FirstRain, you will be redirected to a personalized SSO login page and should be able to log in using your company account (e.g., Google, Windows).
- Log in to the FirstRain app using your email and newly created password.
