Overview
This article explains how to enable users' access and allow them to start receiving emails again by activating their accounts in FirstRain.
Solution
Note: Administrator privileges are needed.
Reactivation Process
- Log in to FirstRain.
- Select [Your Name] on left-side menu.
- Click Administration from the resulting drop-down list.
- Go to the Users tab and search for the appropriate user on the Find by Name or Email textbox.
- Click Actions under the desired user.

Click to enlarge image. - The message Status updated successfully is received confirming that the account has been activated.
