Overview
You are unable to add a specific company to your channel.
This issue may happen when:
- You are trying to add multiple companies at once to a Custom Channel.
- The company is not found (i.e., not covered by FirstRain).
Solution
- If you are adding companies to a Custom Channel, add them one by one:
- Enter the name of the company in the Add Your Interests field.
- Select the matching company from the dropdown.
- Click Add.
- If the required company is not found, request the company to be added to FirstRain.
